We have received our WiSpy2.4i today and it works fine.
I hope we will be able to solve our wireless problem with it.

I have downloaded Chanalyzer Lite (v1.1.1.0925). When I ask for the user guide (under Help), nothing happens.
A bug in the software? Is there any place where I can download the user guide? On the Metageek site I can only find a user guide for Chanalyzer 3, which is quite different.

By the way, I don't get the 3D graph either, but I have to dig into that: with startup of the program it says that my graphical card is not supporting 3D view. I'll start with updating my DirectX driver.

I've just upgraded my DirectX but still no 3D.
My Graphical card is a only a simple Intel(R) Q35 Express Chipset Family.

Any suggestions to make it work?

Go into the Chanalyzer Lite folder and then the docs folder. There should be a file "chanalyzer-lite.chm". That is the user guide. The button inside Chanalyzer seems to be broken.
